50 Years of descant
Mary Couts Burnett Library celebrates 50 years of descant, the world renowned literary journal, with an exhibit beginning April 1st. The magazine, published by the TCU English Department, is a forum for finely crafted and experimental literature in the poetic and prose formats. It has printed the works of emerging and established authors since it began in 1956.
Voter Registration Applications Available at TCU Library
To register to vote, an applicant must be 18 years old on election day, a United States citizen, and a resident of Tarrant County. An applicant must not be a convicted felon or have been declared mentally incompetent. To vote in the general election in November, applications must be postmarked by October 6, 2008. Applications are available in the Government Documents Alcove and the Government Documents office.
